never heard music of them before, but if you do and you
have the album then you have all the songs that Pig
Destroyer released as long as they exist. The album
includes the debut demo from 1997, the songs from the
split-EP with Orchid and Isis, the album 'Explosions In
Ward 6' and the Dark Angel cover 'Burning Of Sodom'. The
songs from the split-EP with Isis are also covers and even
form Carcass. The band does many covering metal- and
grindcorebands, the own songs sound like Benumb, Spazz
and His Hero Is Gone. So you can say that Pig
Destroyer is grindcore from the hardcore and
power-violence side.
Conclusion,
Pig Destroyer is a good quality band, Relapse has done a
good job to let them in.
